Bruce Dier, President and Chief Executive Officer
Bruce has been involved in many areas of the computer software arena since 1976. He began his affiliation with the Broker/Dealer industry in 1983 when he was hired by a major insurance company to create a customized back-office system that eventually led to the creation of BONUS and BDS. Bruce is known for both his hands-on expertise and his all-around vision in all aspects of software development, including sales, marketing, research and programming. He has moved BDS through periods of tremendous "explosions" in technology and has spearheaded the ongoing metamorphosis of BDS as the worlds of business, technology and finance continue to change and grow. Bruce graduated from Mercy College in Dobbs Ferry, NY, and also earned a Juris Doctor (JD) from Florida's NOVA Southeastern University.

Frank O. Spampinato, Vice President, Chief Financial Officer
A New York native, Frank brings extensive financial and managerial sense, know-how and experience to BDS and its clients. He has been recognized as a logistics "guru" throughout his career for his broad expertise in state-of-the-art accounting systems design and applications. Frank has owned and operated both fixed income and general securities brokerage firms. He left his business consulting practice in 2001 to join BDS. Over the years, Frank has always taken the time to give back to the community, whether by teaching senior citizens how to safely invest or by mentoring students on the ways of technology, finance and business.

Gary Dier, Vice President, Software Development
Gary, who has nearly two decades of hands-on programming experience, oversees the development and deployment of all back-office systems developed by BDS. He also oversees overall design, testing/evaluation, systems integration and Quality Assurance of the BONUS Systems. Prior to joining BDS, Gary spent 15+ years in consumer and marketing research, five of which he owned his own company.
